What People Say
Real Google reviews from homeowners and investors we have worked with.
★★★★★
Ben and his team were great to work with. They are very passionate about their work and it reflects in the quality. The communication was clear and consistent throughout our rental remodel, very investor friendly and I will be glad to work with their team on future projects.
★★★★★
Ben is an absolute professional. He did a great job on our house for a reasonable price. He knows what he is talking about and is really a jack of all trades. If you need some work done or even an opinion as to what to do ask Ben. He went above and beyond.
★★★★★
Benjamin in an easy person with whom to do business. He has excellent communication skills, vast knowledge of his trade, and a great sense of honesty. Benjamin communicated about what was possible and what I needed to make my projects work for me. He also texts when he will be here to work and when he can not due to weather. (This makes it nice to not wonder what is going on!) He explained to me what i had asked to be accomplished, and then suggested how it would be best accomplished in his professional opinion. I had three things being done all at once. All of these ways in which he (and his men) worked here left me with a very good experience. I will call Benjamin for all my home needs, both large and small. He is the only contractor you need to call!!
★★★★★
Benjamin and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our property He started and completed the project in a timely manner. We are very happy with the stairs and railings and his attention to detail.
★★★★★
One of my real estate clients referred me to Benjamin, the owner, as a reliable contractor who had done tons of work on his property to his satisfaction. I hired Benjamin to do several things including installing fixtures, refinishing and painting a staircase, installing LVP flooring and more. He does great work. His prices are fair, he has a strong work ethic and scheduling / timeline to completion has been solid. During projects Benjamin is happy to explain what he is doing, chat, strategize and answer any questions you may have. He is also respectful of the property he is working on, and makes an effort to clean up after he is done. I will hire him again for other things for sure!
